Our Work Process

The AtayaLabs way of working

From Idea to Launch: A Transparent, Measurable Process

We start every project by understanding your business goals, your existing systems and your technical requirements. We keep planning, development, testing and launch visible throughout, and we stay with your system after delivery.

01

Discovery and Requirements Analysis

We assess your goals, your users, your existing infrastructure and the bottlenecks that need solving. We define the boundaries of the work, whether it is a new project, a module or an integration.

Output:Requirements list, goals and initial technical assessment
02

Scope and Technical Roadmap

We set priorities, project stages, the technologies to be used and the dependencies. By splitting the project into manageable deliverables, we make timing, budget and responsibilities transparent.

Output:Project scope, work packages and development plan
03

UX/UI and Technical Design

We design user flows, screen structure, the data model and integration points. On established platforms we design to fit what is already there; on custom projects we build a scalable architecture.

Output:Screen flows, design direction and technical architecture
04

Development and Integration

We build the software modularly against the approved plan and set up the necessary connections to third-party systems such as payment, shipping, ERP, accounting, CRM and marketplaces.

Output:Working features, integrations and regular interim deliveries
05

Testing, Security and Go-Live

We complete functional, performance, mobile compatibility, security and user acceptance testing. We verify data and the cutover steps, then take the system live to plan.

Output:A tested system, a launch checklist and the go-live itself
06

Training, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

We hand over the operating and administration knowledge your team needs. After launch we continue with maintenance, bug fixing, performance work and new feature development.

Output:Documentation, a support plan and improvement recommendations

Our Approach

We Do Not Force Every Project Into the Same Template

What you need might be an improvement to an existing platform, or entirely custom software. We shape the process around the project’s real scope.

01

Transparent Communication

We share decisions, risks and progress on a regular basis.

02

Controlled Deliveries

We move forward with verifiable interim deliveries rather than big surprises.

03

Scalable Architecture

We solve today’s requirement while allowing for tomorrow’s growth.

04

Long-Term Support

We see post-launch as a natural continuation of the project.

Communication and control

You Always Know Where the Project Stands

Kick-Off Meeting

We align on goals, scope and responsibilities from the start.

Regular Status Updates

We share completed work, upcoming steps and any emerging risks.

Testing and Approval

We validate critical stages with your feedback before moving on.

Post-Launch Follow-Up

We plan fixes and improvements based on real usage data.

Frequently asked questions

Common Questions About Our Process

Every project scope is different. The answers below outline the general framework of how we work.

How is the project timeline determined?

Timing depends on the number of features, integrations, data migration needs, design scope and approval cycles. After the discovery stage we present a staged, realistic delivery plan.

Can you develop on our existing system?

Yes. We review the code base on OpenCart, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, WordPress and custom platforms, and carry out module, integration, performance and maintenance work.

Who owns the source code and the project?

We define licensing and ownership terms clearly at the start of the project. For software developed specifically for a client, the delivery scope and source code access are stated explicitly in the contract.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Depending on your needs we offer maintenance, monitoring, bug fixing, security updates, performance optimisation and new feature development packages.

Can we run the project in stages?

Yes. On larger projects in particular, releasing a first version with the core functions and then developing the remaining modules in measurable stages gives you more control over both time and budget.
